By installing or using StoreSage ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by JK Networks. If you use StoreSage on behalf of a store or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
You can start on the free plan with included credits and no API key. Paid plans (Pro, BYOK) add capacity and features. Accounts, subscriptions and billing are processed through our platform provider; you are responsible for keeping your login and store credentials secure.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled — by default via PayPal Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with prior notice before your next renewal.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing customer-facing content where accuracy is critical.
You retain ownership of your catalog, policies and store data. You grant StoreSage a limited licence to process that content to train and operate the assistant for your store. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JK Networks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Account details (name, email), the store content you connect for training, shopper conversations processed by the assistant, and basic usage and billing metadata needed to operate your subscription.
To run the assistant for your store, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve service reliability. We do not sell your personal data. Store catalog and policy data is processed to answer your shoppers' questions and is not used to train models for other merchants.
Accounts, subscriptions and billing are handled by our platform provider; payments are processed by PayPal. AI inference is processed through our AI gateway. Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.
Training data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after downgrade or cancellation, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — there is no immediate cut-off and no partial-period refund for time already elapsed.
If you were charged in error or experienced a service issue, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your request in good faith, in line with applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method. Processing times depend on PayPal and your bank.

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the StoreSage service, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance and factors outside our reasonable control.
Pro customers receive priority email support during business hours (Weekdays 09:00–18:00 KST). We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.
Planned maintenance is scheduled for low-traffic windows where possible and communicated ahead of time. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to protect service security or integrity.
This SLA describes our service targets and does not create additional liability beyond the Terms of Service. AI-generated answers depend on the content you provide and upstream model availability.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your account session. These are required for the dashboard and checkout to work.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. These do not identify individual shoppers on your store.
PayPal sets its own cookies during checkout to process payments securely. Their use is governed by PayPal's own policies.
You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out of the StoreSage dashboard.
